It's much more fun to say "kalkwasser" than b-ionic.

I voted Kalkwasser. Its not that hard to mix... as stated above just dont shake the container at all..
I fill a 5 gallon bucket full of water mix the ingredients and let sit 2 days.. then with a jug of milk fill the jug and add to my dripping system...
From what i hear, if the powder gets into your tank the sand becomes alot like concrete lol

KALK!!! the only way IMO that Kalk will screw up a tank is if 1...your water quality isnt up to par when you start the drip...2 you just dump a mixed jug of it in. Kalk is easy! make sure your water is up to par, start the drip....monitor , test it often for the first month to make sure you aren't drippin too much, as you read your levels, you can adjust from there.... Find this thread, Dripping Kalkwasser"101 by Kip4130 Explains it well how to do it. I vote kalk. i read many MANY threads and posts on this and it seems the people that have nasty luck with it, don't "DRIP" it. i read a post recently, the dude was mixin it in a gallon jug and dumping the whole thing in the tank at once....well of coarse your going to distroy your tank....your dumping 1000 PPM of calcium or more into your tank at one time., If you get your drip timed, then it will maintain a constant ph and cal, alk level constantly by adding it slowly. this is just my opinion . I kept my water good, i started dripping kalk, and have had no problems at all...I frag corals on a regular basis they grow so fast, WAY more than they ever grew without it.

Calc reactor all the way baby!!!! Oh sorry that wasn't the question. I have no opinion on the other choices.
