no one said you were bashing swf.com...
any shipping issues are usually sent to the askswf.com forum cause admin usually doesn't go through all the boards looking for them.
the response was to drip acclimate them and if they die to contact swf.com ... i don't know how that is biased...

i get your point. but my point is that the specific thread was not started as a problem with swf or shipping it was a thread about my new fish and i wanted to continue it.

Maybe you should have left it generic, not mentioning SWF by name, just the problem and what to do about taking care of the livestock.

any negative responses or posts towards swf.com. like there shipping methods dead fish, small fish ect... is quickly swept away for others not to see. great site but its their way or the highway. i would not order any livestock during the winter months.

The shipping mishap happens all the time and isnt limited to SWF... I have gotten packages from almost all online vendors that have been waaaay under prepared for weather.. Hell I live in GA.. Not that hard to pack for us.. We only have 2 weeks of real winter..

ding ding ding 2+points that's the point I'm trying to make. I did not know this was not a freestanding forum and was subject to censorship. saltwaterfish pays for the site so fine they make the rules and pick what stays and what goes once again fine. I was just pointing out that i was unaware of this and that you cannot have or get unbiased 100% objective information. my point is all i have ever seen on this site is how great the fish are the shipping and such...fine but if your not gonna post peoples problems and such then you should'nt be posting the wonderful ones. that;s the bias I'm talking about.

Wow Henry I could sure get myself in trouble here. So let me just say this. If any online store handled a problem expeditiously I would think they would want the positive PR running for a while. Unless there are more negatives than positives

I am impressed with your restraint. Must not have had the first adult libation yet.

The fact of the matter is pretty simple... SWF is running a business.. If you were running a company with a forum and someone posted something negative (not saying your was, but in almost 3 years I have seen some really bad ones) would you leave it out in the open for others to see and potentially hurt your business? I sure as hell wouldnt..
