HOB Fuge on Sump??????

I have just purchased a 180 gal tank with a 40 gal sump. It has no fuge. Because of livestock and live rock, I will not have time to modify the sump to include a fuge before setting it up. Also, the 40 gal as to be put in through the top of the stand before setting up the 180. I'm trying to figure out how I can add a fuge to the system without major plumbing as I have no clue what I'm doing. Ok, to make a long story short :notsure: can a use a HOB fuge on the 40 gallon sump. If I can that seems like the simplest way to include a fuge with my tank, I don't want it visible.

I dont see why you couldnt do it that way.
Seems pretty easy to add another chamber in your sump and add a Fuge in it though.
If you are looking for a back pack unit, Aqua Traders dot com has a good deal on a unit...
