HOB Protein skimmers

I posted this on the equipment board but didn't get much info.
Which is the best HOB skimmer out there? I already have an aqua medic turboflotor. It seems to work fairly well, but I think I need an additional protein skimmer for the opposite side of my tank (for skimming and surface agitation).
any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ive got an Marine Technical Concepts skimmer. It is a HOB. It works great and i have been told it is one of the best out there by numerous people. I hooked it up and it started skimming within 4 hours. I have seen them in 3 LFS around here.

You say the best so I say aquaC remora Or the AquaC Remora Pro. There bolth top of the line in just about every ones "that has a hob skimmer" opinion. Thoughs would be the best to get.

Fanatic aquarists go for deltec. They make a HOB skimmer that sells for $400. Check them out if you are interested. They work very well!

For the Money, the AquaC Remora is a good one, get the skimmer box, eliminates most bubbles that appear in ALL HOB skimmers

I have the RemoraC pro on my 90.....it is fantastic. I am pretty new to this hobby and found it simple and easy to deal and operate and get it doing the job. It offers an optional preskimmer bubble eliminator box that works wonders and so I get no little air bubbles clogging up the tank. Here is my tank pic...you can see the box barely in the back of the tank....it is black and blends with the background black I have.....the box to empty is sooo easy to do also....

Thanks for the replies.
I emailed The Remora folks and received a prompt reply back suggesting a high powered Mag pump with a Remora Pro.
I may go that option. Like I originally said, I'm happy with my AquaMedic but it can't keep up with my increased bio load.

Another one to keep in mind is the Excalibur. They are awesome for around $175. Make sure you get the pump upgrade though.
