Holy moses, a tornado here!!!

Holly crap we had an F1 tornado touch down here in vancouver yesterday.
It left a1/4 mile wide 4 mile long path of destruction with no injuries.
This kind of thing does not happen here. It would be like pensacola fl having s snow storm in july.
We did however have a f2 tornado back in 1972 destroying 9 miles of stores homes and schools killing and injuring 300 people.

Strange weather indeed. Today in Jersey we have temps in the 50's with lightning and thunder. For God sake, it's January!

yeah and the cyclic nature of global warming has nothing to do with the changes....lol

ya i don't know about the rest of you northerners but i could REALLY go for some serious snow at this point!!! we hit 70 degrees on tuesday and wednesday here in pittsburgh - are you kidding me?!?!

When I was a kid, Central PA had 1 tornado my entire youth. Now we have 1 or more touch down almost every year. It's definitely strange.

Hahaha, as much as I hate shoveling snow, I'm with ya. I almost forgot where we are this week...

yea, were in the 30s- 40s here, usually should be in the 10s-20s. I heard that in Iraq they had snow fall for the first time ever last night.
