Around here it takes at least a year for a bum tenant to get evicted... If you know for a fact that the owners arent paying the mortgage I would definitely stop paying the rent!

according to the letter they have not made the last 2 payments.i think after 3 it goes to foreclosure.i dont think they will know the bank sent this.it looks like something they send after 2 payments are missed.so i will wait till i hear something from someone.in the mean time just keep on going with my house i guess

I received a fedex exactly like the one in the pic - and it was a letter saying the $125,000. heloc loan on our home was 'forgive', due to court settlements with boa. Might be good news. Besides - it is not addressed to 'property owner' as you stated, but to some lady's name, presumably your landlord. Why would you not forward it?
