I've got alot os sponges but they're all yellow, thats what kind of threw me off

Yup harmless and sorry but probably won't last. Usually die off because there is not the food they thrive on.

can I get something to feed them

Problem is not a lot is know about what they feed on, kind of like the non-photosynthetic gorgonians.
