For a hospital tank what size would a 10 work. Do I put tank water in it so it does not have to cycle?? What should I do with HER??

When you feed your fish soak the food in garlic and selcon( you can buy liquid garlic in any grocery store) soaked for 5 min at least. Change 1 gallon of water every day for 30 days.
If you go with a hospital tank you need a minimum of a 20 gallon long. Use a sponge filter with airpump, place pvc pipes in tank ( so the clown can go in) Lower salinity to 1.012 raise temp to 82 degrees. Do not add any medication to the hospital tank unless it gets severe. Keep hospital tank running all the time. You do not need lights. Keep fish in hospital tank for a min of 15 days. !!!! GOOD LUCK !!!!!

So you are saying make a hospital tank with water from the old tank with a filter and a heater kept at around 85 dregges. Put a pvc pipe for shelter. Leave it in there untill it goes away or a min. of 21 days. Do i use copper or not???

It is better to get a 20 gallon long ( in case you have to treat several fish) I agree a 10 gallon will work for 1 sm fish.....raising the tempertature will help the 3 stage proccess (cyst) move along faster.. and the fish will eat more selcon & garlic soaked food.I have done this method for years and have never lost any fish. And if you raise the temperture keep salinity at 1.012 if temp is at 82 if it is lower than that you can go lower on the salinity. I did not say 15 days I said a minimun of 15 days. Use sponge filter they work alot better. Everyone has a special way of establashing a hospital tank.....I agree Do research first using a search engine on the WWW & GOOD LUCK
