LOL! You wouldn't last a week in Texas. We average 100 during July and August most years. Try that with 85% humidity.

It was hotter than Texas and I lasted just fine little buddy. Posted weather report for the 85% humidity claim.

I dunno what it is with North easterner's not being able to hack the heat. I live just outside of Denver and we get 100's here. Just another hot day but at 104 in New York they were showing pictures of how few people were out and about.

We hit 99 yesterday with a heat index of 108. Today it is expected to hit 101 with a heat index of 111.
Today, I will stay where the ac is and walk in the shade when I am outside!

all these yankee crybabies, scared of triple digit heat. Personally I prefer our weather extremes because it gets woman wear less not more clothes... And that is how I put a rose on a 103-104 degree day with not a cloud in the sky and a southern wind that makes it feel like a convection oven...

This yankee is not crying, it's going to be at least a 100 degrees here today, loading up the dogs in the back of the F-250, grabbing a few cold ones and heading to the creek which is about 58 degrees. Probably take my fishing pole and slay a couple trout too.

Zip it people, 109 here today, and it's monsoon season starting, so we have some humidity....I.E., it's not such a "dry heat".

Actually it has been really cool down here. Only up to the lower 90's with 65-70% humidity in the afternoon. An afternoon outside, doesn't even break a sweat.

Living across the bay from the soggiest city in the US, has it benefits. About everyday, 1-3 pm, we get a decent rain shower rolling through, that really helps cool temps off.

Yup, Monsoon is sorta here. High humidity but so far no rain. It's no 85% but last week it was 104-106 with 60% humidity. I don't have ac in any of my vehicles either. So anyone with ac who complains about the heat, I say, "Tell it to the hand."

Ahh zip it people. Id love to see half you big talkers work outside doing manual labor yanking down brick walls and concrete buildings. All of you probably sit inside some office all day looking outside. When its 106 outside that is dangerous weather. Im glad you're all sooo manly and Im a weak Yank. LOL. step up to the plate and get out of the AC office

I lived in Minnesota for 13 years and it gest into the upper 90's fairly consistantly and the humidity there is rediculous.
I guess if you aren't used to getting those temps its something strange and doesn't feel very good.
I live in Alaska now and when it gets to 80 here everyone is sweating it. No pun intended

we get 90s with hig humidity every summer. Thats no big deal. People who say 106 is nothing are full of dog poop. That type of weather can kill you.

Not to bad here. Dew point is a better accuracy on how humid it is not the humidity. Dew points have been relatively low.
