do they just not pay attention at all to daylight savings time here?? I just noticed that my posts are an hour behind!!

Go to the user CP section , date and time options, then set it for the correct time. Like noted below.

You need to go into USER CP at the top of every page and click EDIT OPTIONS and near the bottom in TIME ZONE play with the settings untill it works for you.
