They aren't too comparable of shows. House is a drama, Scrubs is a comedy.
I voted Scrubs because I like to laugh more then be intrigued, however, and more importantly Scrubs as way more hotties...

These are two completely different animals altogether. You're not asking us which is better, but more like what genre we prefer. House is more intriguing and scientific, but Scrubs is a sitcom.
I choose both in their respective categories. I love them both.
