How about salinity?

Someone posted asking what temps we all use. I'd like to know about salinity. Have you experimented at all. What worked best for what you had?

It seems i may be doing things wrong from the amount of people that said 1.024 and above but i was always told that anything over 1.022 is like having your tank on speed.
