2/13/2020 .Ca 500, Alk 11.2, Salt 1.026, Temp 78.5, pH 8.3, Ammonia 0.025, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 0, Mag 1500, Phosphate 0.05.

Your doing good. The cycle has started. Your salinity is at the high end tho. If your doing a reef tank 1.024-1.026. Fish only 1.020-1.023

No point in testing anything but ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate at this point. There is nothing in your tank that will use those things up so what is in the salt mix is what you will have.
give the cycle time to finish then you want to add additional sources of ammonia like fish food to make sure the levels remain at 0 after 12 hours. That tells you your colony of bacteria will handle the waste your tank produces.
