How big??

i was just wondering after looking thru my pics of my tank and fish how bog do clowns get when fully grown! i have a black and white percula about 2 years old only about a inch! and a false percula about 1 1/2+ inches! and they have seemed to just stop growing! from pics i have seen online i thought they would get a little bigger!
i feed them 2 times a week due to a algae problem witch is now gone! and i feed them Rogers reef food and a mix of mysis and brine soaked in vitamins so was just wondering what a full grown clown size should be! and at what age do they start mating?

There's a LFS around here that has a pair in one of their display tanks that's been in there I think the guy said 10yrs. and the female in only about 3 or 4in. I think the tank is about 150gal.
