How can I catch my psuedochromis?

I'm trying to get this little $h!t out of my tank! He is mean now! I've tried to put a net in the tank and leave it for a few days. I've tried the food in a plastic dr.pepper bottle, I don't want to mess my liverock up! My Damsel wasn't even this bad

I don't know if I should answer a Cowboys fan

I caught mine in a 1 Qt mason jar that I baited. It does take some time for the little bugger to figure out how to get at the food, and you run the risk of catching other critters as well. Once in, net over the mouth of the bottle and pull it out. I'd imagine this does work much better in a smaller tank though.
Mine wasn't particularly mean, but he came down w/ some unidentifiable gill spot (not ick - whew) that I didn't want to risk the rest of my tank on. Took about 45mins, but I got him.

Good luck!! I am going through the same thing!! Mine is mean too!!
Luckly mine sleeps in a hole in a rock that is by itself....so i'm going to wait until lights out and then remove the rock and put it into a QT tank....then the next morning, i'll take the rock out when he is out swimming. Hopefully the LFS will take him from me!!

I have recently caught a Javanese that I had been trying to catch for months. Here's how:
