How can I find a saltwater club.community in my area?

I see it said quite often on here that we should find a "local community or club of hobbyists, because they will be quick to help and will usually sell their equipment for cheap in the clubs" but I can't find one. I've searched on google for "tuscasloosa alabama saltwater aquarium club" and every kind of search similar to this, and I absolutely cannot find ANYTHING. What should I do?

go to as many LFS as you can as well as ***** and Petsmart and ask if you can post a message in their store stating you are looking for a club in the area

I would suggest you do a search for "Alabama Reef Club". I found at least 3 clubs in Alabama, one of which is called Central Alabama Reef Club.
