how do i add a picture under my username?

Yup, its under "user cp"/"edit options". You can't get one till you have 20 posts. 2 more to go!

Oh yeah, it also has to be under a certain pixel size. Everything Ive tried hasnt worked so far, lol. Too big.

Then change AVATAR...that picture is called an AVATAR.

i have also been trying to reduce my pic. size. unsuccessully using kodak and a few other softwares..
is there a trick to it?
any suggestions?

if you want, you can email it to me, and i'll do it for you...
otherwise, whatever prog your using, there has to be a menu that says "Image Size" or something along that line.
then you just change that size to 50x50 and bada-bing!
Microsoft Image Editor uses this method:
open the pic in MIE.
goto "Image"
goto "Resize..." click it...
from the 'Units' drop down box, select "Pixels"
change both "Height" and "Width" to 50.
there you go!

infant, try looking around on sites with AOL AIM buddy icons. Or, you can make your own by finding a cool picture and cutting down to size (as I have done, wait!...uh....i mean....of course I paid Fox for using the copyrighted Homer...)
