How do I get an Anemone out.

I have a purple long tentacle anemone that has moved to a place where I don't want him to be. I really want to take it out, so if I get it detached him and his host clown are going into another tank. The host clown is a very large maroon and it's very nasty. If it's not chasing other fish it's taking it's tail and throwing sand all over the place.

I have read that you can point direct flow on its foot, or put an ice cube on its foot

Had this delimia a little while ago.
I had to remove the entire rock and place it in another tank then put the rock back once it was happy again.
Ive seen people massage it with their hands and it detatch. Didnt work for me.

I have done this four times and tried everything I could find. I tried the ice cube, PH(which only caused it to split), cold ro/di, rubbing with my fingers, airline, and removing the rock. I can say the easiest way was removing the rock and than holding it upside down dipping it in and out of the water. There is not an easy way.
