How DO I get my return Fish with the 15 day

Hello, I just ordered around Nov 11 and return a fish that died within the 15 days..So, I just reordered and they didn't send me my return fish. They emailed me today and said that I needed a recode #. What is this and where do I get it from . Thanks

you need to email swf and talk to them about it, the board has nothing to do with the store.

Hello, we can't help you here in the forum. Please keep in contact with the store via email. I'm sure they are looking for an order # which must have come in the invoice you recieved when you ordered, or received the shipment.
