How do I get rid of ICK

I have a 50g fish & reef tank with LR. I have pc 192 watt lighting. I recently calibrated my chiller to my temp. in my tank and my fisk(sailfin, tomato clown, and rabbit fish) got ick. My coarase wrasse and rock blenny died, not sure if it was due to the ick. I was wondering what's the best way to get rid of it. I also have an issue with trying to keep all my cleaner shrimps or any kind of this type of species. I know I have many questions but I hope someone can help me. Thank you.

Welcome to the boards.... Water Parameters would help greatly to see what everyone can find...Such as Ammonia Nitrate Nitrites P.H Specific gravity(salinity). Then we will go from there. once again welcome to the boards and hope we can help you out.

1.021 is my specific gravity, the rest I need to test. I did put in Greenex, but I am not sure if that is good. A store recommended it to me. My temp in the tank is currently - 77.9 degrees. I will find out the rest.
