How do I know if I have Pests?

OK after talking to some people they said that there are a few bad thing that can come with your live rock. What are all the pest that I need to look out for and how do I get rid of them?

to see most critters in the tank use a red lens filter on a flashlight they cant see the red spectrum as good as any other and wont skimper away.

Crap looks like I got to do some killing
I for sure have a some Aiptasia's that I will need to get rid of.
Ok that other thing I saw in my tank that I did not see on the list was I have what looks to be a tube worm, but when I fish get near it I pops back into the rock. Is that a bad tube worm?

more than likely a peanut worm or a sessile snail most things that are in tubes are filter feeders and are harmless.
as far as the apistia you can get kalkwasser and mox with water thin enough to be sucked up into a syringe and inject it into the anemone to kill it. there is also a product called joes juice that works simliar. You can get needles from the vets office just get recipt for the needle so that it cant be said it was drug parafin.
Just make sure there are what you think they are there are many things that look similar one can be good the other bad.
