How do I move a colt coral???

I have a relatively small colt coral (about 4 to 5 inches tall) I want to move to another tank. The rock that it's on is freakin' humongous so I'd like to take it off and put it on another rock in another tank.
Anyone have any ideas of how to pluck it off the huge rock without killing it?

i have many many colts, out a control colts, and just pinched them at the very bottom of the trunk ,, and WALAaa,,, the were fine and flourished like pests,, so they r very hardy, dont be scared

Just cut and move the guy, the base will grow into a new one. leave about an inch or 2 on the base.
