I use my front page to format it, that is where I build web sites at... but a bunch of programs will do it for you.... you just have to get it to 500x500 pix and under 2mb

another great program is photo resizer. Lemme find a quick link....
click here for a free photo resizing program that lets you also select quality as well as image size. I love this program, can take a 4mb+ pic and resize it to around 100kb at 640 x 480 at 90% quality settings.. this pic is 500 x 375 at 90% quality - 92.7kb, the second one is at 70% quality - 55.2kb. Original filesize? 4.47mb at 4048 x 3040. needless to say I use this alot to email photos or post on sites.

to post simply scroll down past where you click on submit reply and click on manage attatchments. Once you upload them, they automatically get posted, no need to insert them or anything like that.
