How do I resize my photos

My pictures are sized at 660 x 660 (approximately). How do I resize them to 500 x 500? :help:

I use Paint Shop Pro to crop, resize, and edit pictures. Quick and easy.
I think this is one of those boards that doesnt allow helpful links, but I know of an online pic editor that will let you resize as well as other things.....search for "myimager" on Google.
