How do I safely remove an RTBA?

So my RTBA split 3-ways. How do I take one of them out to trade? How do I take him off the rock without ripping him to shreds? :notsure: Any special handling instructions?

Aim a powerhead to it to see if she moves, otherwise if you do have a powerhead shooting water into it, turn the powerhead flow away from the anemone until it moves by itself.

What I have done is if the RBTA is up high, put it down low (obviously rock and all.) ....guaranteed to move. I have done this twice because I didn't like where it had perched itself. Works every time.
