How Do you add that Pic under your screen name?

Top of this screen click "user CP".
Then click "edit options"
scroll all the way to the bottum and "change avatar" browse to your pic and submit.
**your pic cannot be bigger than 100x100 pixels though**

Ok I see where to do this but how do you and others get such detailed pictures with only 110 by 100 pixels??? When I resize a picture I have on file I only get the smallest square that I can't even fit a head shot in.

You can first "crop" it to get rid of any unnecessary edges. But after that resizing is it.

Did this work. This was the best small thing I could find. I cropped and then resized but all my picture were too small. I think there is just too many pixels. I found a pic from the internet on my computer and I was able to have like 1/4 of the picture but I didn't like it. This will do for now and mabe I will find something online. Hope this works.
