I am going to say sorry ahead of time. I have seen this post floating around for a little while and when i first read it I thought of something a little different. Now don't mind this and this is in no way flaming or making fun of ANYONE !! this is just a wierd thought that popped into my head when i saw it, and i just can't keep it bottled up anymore

Find a mad scientist , who is looking to make a man into a shark. (sorry just read Peter Benchley's book Creature, good book BTW)
Or of course you could find a crazed dentist and a nutty plastic surgeon. Though the breathing underwater part is still going to need that mad scientist.
