wow, i'm surprised no one does it this way:
I take the ribs, rub em down with some bbq rub, smother them in a nice sticky bbq sauce, then wrap em in silver foil. put that on low for about 45-60mins on the grill, no need to flip. can't keep em on the bone.
oh just saw yours.

ANYBODY DO BEEF RIBS? my last try which was also my first was not a total failure but not great. How do you pull the skin off the back? Had a hard time with that.
i know cook time is 3-3.5 hours on the grill...
Im not worried about the seasoning aspect just the cooking..and for what its worth ribs are NOT supposed to FALL off the bone but should come off with a little tug after you sink your teeth in.

Don't boil them. Makes them all soggy. what you want to do, is wrap them in heavy duty foil. Then marinade them, I like to make a watery brown sugar and bbq sause mix maybe put some liquid smoke in them. Then put them on the grill, let them cook till they are almost done. (basically boiling them on the grill) Then pull them out of the foil, bast them with a little bbq and then pepper it. Then let them cook on the grill for about another 20-30 minutes. Good stuff.

I usually cook beef ribs like that, but I do more pepper and less sugar. I like beef ribs more spicey. Just leave em in the foil till the tips start showing then put them straight on the grill bast em, sprinkle some pepper and stuff on the ribs. I personally leave the skin on. And let that get the direct heat instead of the meat.

I dunno, till the meat is done. But not too long because then it gets chewy. Ribs are done when the bone starts poking out of the meat. Then a little longer. In the maranade in the foil the skin will start to peel off on its own.

I bake them....Big pan covered with aluminum foil at 300 degrees for 3ish hours, then uncover for about 30 mins.....They will fall off the bone.

Boil (or hit the crockpot on low) for 2-4 hours with veggies in the pot, and add a little "Liquid Smoke" for flavor, then grill with some BBQ sauce.

Here is what I do on my ribs. The night befor I cook I will season all of my meat with Konriko Dry Mojo and Everglades Heat I completely cover the ribs with it depends on the way you like your ribs with spicyness.
Then I will preheat the grill @ 400 deg. This is your call on how long you want to be on the grill cooking.I will cook on one side for 20 min then flip. Then I will mix a cup of honey in a large cup and add some hot water to thin it out but it will still have the flavor. It should be little thick but not to much keep it on the watery side.Just taste it and see if it has a good honey flavor to it.Every time I flip them every 20 min I will pour it over the ribs until the cup is gone. Then I will use water the rest of the cooking process since the honey will stick to the ribs.At the end of cooking process I will break all the racks in half and cook for about another 15 min. Then I am done.I don't put barbaque sauce on mine it taste good without any sauce on it.If anyone want any sauce on them I will put Hey Mon Sauce on it.It is the best sauce I have tasted.Total cooking time is 2hr or till a nice golden brown.

I grill mine on low on the grill and also pour liquid on them constantly while they are cooking.I prefer mine on the grill but that just me.
thats the best way to do it, but they take a lot of attention when you do it that way. boiling in a crock-pot is much easier to get the "fall-of-the-bone" ribs. either way works fine.
i usually dry rub mine lightly, put it on the grill on low. lightly pour water on it now and then, but when they are lookin good and done i load em up with sauce a few times. i never cook baby back though, i like beef ribs or st. Louis style..

My mom love country ribs but they are to fatty for me.I also like the taste that the grill gives it.The oven ,crock pot and other just does not replicate the flavor.

Another good way to cook it, is rub some pepper on it. And cook it over some coals. Drink most of your beer, and pour the last little bit on the meat. And repeat, consuming 3 or 4 beer over a 45 minute period.
