How do you feed Caulerpa and Tang Heaven?

I was able to get some Caulerpa and Tang Heaven for my YT. Now I am trying to figure out how to feed it to him.
Should I put it on a clip or should I plant it in the tank?
How does everyone do it?

Thanks that is what I did, so I'm hoping my YT will like it.

It may take a little while for them to get used to the clip, but soon they will associate it with a place for food and even check it when it empty.

Another sure fire technique is wrapping some of your nori to a piece of LR rubble using a rubber band. Just drop the rubble in the tank and the tang will take care of the rest.
