How DO YOU feed your fish?

I'm really interested in this as there's so much difference in what people do. I'm trying to get a poll here not sure how. The mass here seem to feed once a day where another board the mass feeds 3xs a day. The 3x a day theary seems to be based on fish that are grazers ie:Tangs I'd expect those with lions ect..(meat eats) would feed tops 1x a day
Anyway:
Every other day
1x a day
2x a day
3x a day
Other:__________
I'm still feeding three times a day as follows:
1: Small pinch of algea pellets (fish get all before they hit the bottom)
2: Pin up seaweed (gone within mins)
3: half a small cube of either Omega 3 whole brine or a froozen reef mix. I feed this in small amounts over 5 mins.
I have Tangs, Clown, dragonette, longnose butterfly, stripe damsel an evil little chromis, diamond goby. + CUC

I feed twice a day, flakes. And a litle roman lettuce that doesn't get devoured really. Then once a day if I feed them a cube of meaty foods.

I change all the time, they like frozen shrimp the best...I add an algae sheet twice a week that clips on the tank. The tangs and blenny pick at it all day. I want them to eat the algae off the rocks and sides so I don't give it them all the time.
Fish are happy, and I have no nuisance algae.

I just give them a small amount of seaweed. About the size of your small fingers

Where do you get the seaweed?
Just at a local IFS. Its called Vulians Srungs Sea Veggies. It comes in a bag in all dried out, it's 100% Seaweed
I have other "sheet" seaweed that was left with the tank but I only use it once in a while for a change. I just break of a part of the sheet and put it on the clip. It seems to be a "no name" brand sort of thing in a clear bag in a different languae

Thanks...I will have to look for it, I never noticed anything like that. I tend to have tunnel vision, I go only for what I am looking for...saves me money in the fish store ..LOL.

I buy my seeweed at an asian market thats near my house since it is so cheap compared to the fish store stuff. Just make sure when you buy it that it doesnt have any added flavors or salts .. Most say 100% seeweed.

Hmm, depends on the fish. Puffers get fed every other day or 2 days between. Triggers get fed twice per day. Cowfish, clown, damsel, and angel get 3 times per day.

I feed my butterfly, wrasse, and tang 2x per day-Pellets for the tang and wrasse, then a blend of stuff for everyone. The butterfly also picks at the rock all day. The puffer and eel, I feed every other day-skipping 1 day, usually silversides and shrimp.

"ALL DAY" ??
My tang destroys the algae sheet in a matter of minutes. I give him about a 1x2" piece.

same here. as soon as I place them in the tank they are on it like its a mission of theirs to eat it to get some more put in there.

Im not 100% on this, but I think my bluethroat has begun to eat on it as well
