how do you feed your SH when you are gone

just like the title says what do you you guys/gals do if you leave town for a copple of days to feedyour SH? is there any automatic feeders?
just doing a bit of resurch is I "might" be setting up a SH tank some time next year...

The best thing to do is find someone to feed them for you at least once a day. It's not difficult. Just put pre-measured amounts of mysis in the freezer, have whomever thaw one of the pre-measured amounts out and pour it in the tank.
The other option is purchasing live mysis (like a hundred or so) and adding them to the tank before you leave.
