How do you frag Xenia

I have some Xenia, does anyone know how to frag it? Anyone have any photos?

to be perfectly honest...Don't worry they will frag by themselves. This spoken from a guy that has a tank full of Xenia. If you put some liverock rubble or just about anything else up against them (their stalk) they will have a shoot go to that rubble and it will seperate itself.
