I battled flatworms for a number of months...
The best solution is prevention as Burn prescribes... Once infected, I have tried the OTC chemicals which drastically increase your copper, stain your tubes and silicone, and are not a total solution.
I have also tried a phsycadellic gobie and a specific form of nudi...but the solution that I found most effective was the 6 Line Wrasse. Since the introduction to the tank, I have no visible signs of flatworms.
I do believe certain gobies, nudis, and Arrow Crabs may work but you have to find the ones that crave flatworms as a diet.
