how do you make pics appear bigger???

You can open it in paint and using the image pull down tab you select stretch/skew. Play around with it but check the atributes cause it has to be 500x500 pixels or smaller to post.

It maybe the setting on the camera,Check the manual,I have a Canon so i wouldn't be able help much,but i can change the widthxheight deally

i have a dell. i dont know if its the brand or what, but ive looked all over for it.

ok go under start. then go to programs. then go to accesories. then there should be paint right there.
