Glad to help. If you go to the last link (Flordia Aqua Farms), there is a great book on how to culture rotifers, phyto, copepods and amphipods. It is by Hoff and called PLANKTON CULTURE MANUAL, FIFTH EDITION.

While we are in the topic i need to ask a question...
What if i want to culture these in my refuge to constantly feed my tank?

Amphipods and copepods will do fine in a fuge if you do not have anything in the fuge that feeds on them like a mandrin. You feed them 2 or 3 times a week with sinking pellets and phyto.
Rotifers need a constant supply of phyto almost to point of living in "green" water. So I am not sure.
Phyto needs fertilizer so grow so I do not about them thriving in a fuge. There are products out there called Phytoplankton Reactors that are able to supply tank/fuge with a constant supply of phyto.
