how does one raise mysis shrimp?

I have tried at least half a dozen times to raise these shrimps and no success. I tried with boiled water standing a few days and then put the eggs in. I tried from the tap and let the water sit before the yummy eggs on in. And even water from the fish tank. What am I doing wrong?!

I have dozens of them living and reproducing in my refugium without any extra attention from me. I believe they originally came as hitchhikers on my LR or LS. They are constantly zipping around my fuge and even a few lucky ones in my display are seen zipping around in the shadows of the LR.
My suggestion would be to try to get a hold of some live ones from someone and let them breed in a fuge.

Mysis shrimp keep their eggs on their tail after they are laid. If you acquired eggs somehow they would not be viable.
