how does this look for lighting?

Which one do you guys think I should go for. I mostly want Coraline growth and maybe alittle bit of coral. Should I just get the PC lights for now and then when I am ready upgrade to MH or just goto the T5s?

Are T-5's the same thing as VHO?

Ive heard t-5s are really good, but expensive, which is why hardly anyone has it.
