How fast can I raise my specific gravity?

My specific gravity is 1.021 and I have been told that I should increase it to 1.025. I have 1 tang that is not eating very much, 6 damsel, 3 snails and 2 hermit crabs and 2 cloan fish.
My question is if I increase in 1 water change will that be too hard on my fish? Will all my fish do ok with a higher spefic gravity?

Can I do a water change and increase to 1.022 and then Saturday do another change and increase it to 1.023?

When I want to raise Salinity I simply use saltwater for topoff until it's where I want it.
