How is this lighting for my 75 gal. RR?

I think, after reading numerous threads, that I am going to go with a Dual 250w 10K MH + Dual 110w VHO retro kit. Either that or the same thing with 175w MH instead of 250. What do you think? Who has the best prices on these?

Sounds good, go with the 250's for sure. Are you looking at going HQI or standard? I run a 250 HQI with a AB bulb. I looks great, but could use a bit of supplementation....oh well.
As for prices, the mods tend to frown on linking in here but just shoot me an email I will pass on what I know.

I think 2 175s would be plenty on your 75g tank. Make your VHO actinics to supplement your mh's

you might find better prices here. i got a 4 bulb vho ballast w/end caps for 119.99 from them. the mh retro kits were nicely priced as well.
