How long after Ich?

After going through Ich, how long should I wait before adding new fish? I had to treat complete tank to rid the ich. Most of ich gone but how long after its all off the fish? I want to get more fish. Only lost 1 through the whole thing assuming its over. I used Attack-Ich / Prevent -Ich. Works ok. Not sure if the medicine did the work or just time. Ordered some No-Ich to finish up with and have on-hand.

None of those are reliable treatments for ich so it is difficult to give advice.
Most of the "Reefsafe" treatments only inhibit the growth of ich at a particular stage in its lifecycle. When the treatment stops, the disease often reemerges. In your situation, I would make sure that treatment continues at least a month. I would also wait that long before adding any more fish into the tank as you may have to go to a more reliable treatment such as hyposalinity.
