How long after mixing salt and RO???

Yeah, you'll be fine. Did you just add a fish? Why are you topping off with SW? I use tropic marin pro reef and it mixes almost instantly. Keep a powerhead stirring it up as it adds oxygen to the water. Once your water is mixed an airstone will suffice if you don't have a spare powerhead. I never have to use a heater but then again, I don't live in Canada but hot as hell Florida.

No fish,yesterday i got some acans and dipped them and did't have any saltwater to add.
Tomorrow i'm getting a brain for free so and i'm going to dip that to
..
