It could well be that the eye never goes back to normal. Eye being a very delicate organ, it can sustain irreparable damage and alway be deformed. That does not mean that the fish can not have a normal healthy life. It could also be a healing process that takes a very long time.
Are the fish eating and swiming normal? If everything else is ok with the fish, then there is not much else to do. Antibiotics will address infection, but not injuiries to the eye. Address fish well being with optimum water quality in the tank and good nutrition with a quality supplement such as zoe or zoecon.
