How long do you keep your fish in the QT?

If the fish seems healthy i keep him in there for 1-2 weeks if it come down with ick or something else he stays in there for 3-4 weeks after every thing has cleared up

2-4 weeks depending on how healthy they look.

I also don't quarantine, but I always buy my fish from my old pet store. They will hold fish for a couple of weeks for me there.
