How long do you spend staring

Not only do I come home and stare at my tank I have a friend who's tank I helped set up, so on the way home to stare at mine, I stop and stare at his for an hour or so. It's great to have a best friend with similar interests.
I know my wife feels I spend too much time staring at the tanks. Hey it could be worse, she could catch me staring at other women!

I've been trying to get my friends to start some tanks so I have something to do when I'm at their houses. LOL. I think they know that I won't pay any attention to them if they do.

I think my wife would wish I would spend as much time staring at her as I do my fish tank. She might be more beautiful, but the tank is more interesting.........Did I say that?

Lol, I won't tell.
I'm one with a flashlight sitting next to the tank, I've got two actually, a bright one and a dim one. No extra batteries though, that is dedicated, lol.

Isn't watching fish suppose to lower your blood pressure and help to relieve stress? I love to look at my fish because I feel closer to some tropical paridise where they come from. Lesley

I know I've tried it and I'm admitting it. Has anyone ever thought about putting on some goggles and a snorkel? LOL, no I've never tried it, but I wonder......

Lucky for me I have a 2.5 gallon nano sitting directly in front of me on my desk so I stare at it whenever I am at my computer. (which is most of the day). And my 20 is at the foot of my bed so I usually stare at it for a while when I am laying in bed in the morning. (because I usually wake up after the lights have come on) I'm such a bum.

I'm so bad that I caught myself thinking, "I wonder what happens in there when they know I am not around" How bad is that.
