How long for acrylic?

Yea, razor blade.
I did walls, then bottom.
Then next bottom will have 1" overlap on the sides and back, and 6" on the front for a self.
Why not just use 400 grit sandpaper to begin with?
or 100g then 220g then finally 400g?
any advice on fish or plumbing?

If you use the 400 wet/dry sandpaper wet sanding you'll be there forever.....I use the dry 220 sandpaper to take it baby butt smooth, but the 400 wet/dry sandpaper makes it look like glass and gets out mirror scratches, but your edges should be pretty well clean just using the router and a straight edge....I'm a bit anal about the joints and appearance....Nobody else might not notice or care, but it eats at me when I show off my work to friends......
What advise are you looking for as far as plumbing?????
