Hypo will make your fish hungry. That is your Q to feed the fish...a good opportunity to restore his health via quality nutrition. Try to take this opportunity to really plow some good and varied foods into this fish. And don't forget the fresh garlic, 3x a day via a turkey baster. ie: FAQ Thread post on garlic feedings.
I can't believe we are going to over 40 posts....you're giving me writer's cramps.

LOL sorry from here i should be able t handle it for awhile and lay off the posting with an occasional Q lol. Tep the tang is eating good loves the mysis. Still wont go after the algea sheets and he also decided he didnt like garlic cloves after that first one that he ate. Copperband isnt eating as much as he normally does though. Is this normal for newly hypoed fish? (ill try to make that my last Q for awhile
) other than that ph is staying good and so are all of the others. Oncec again thank you very very much

You don't have to actually feed the fish garlic gloves, but if they will eat them, all the better. Just make sure the juices from the garlic gets into the meaty food.
When you do hypo, you just need to make sure that you lower at a comfortable pace for the fish. Normally, fish get more active and want to eat more with hypo, as their metabolism adjusts to the salinity change. In some respects, hypo puts less stress on the fish, thus it can expend its energy on more activity. More activity means it wants to eat more. All good things for sick fish.
Offer your fish more variety.

Conditons are perfect but i had noticed that ever since i had him in the qt he wasnt eating nearly as well and i think he had become weak... anyways when i found him he was stuck up against the filter intake so i dont know if he was to weak to get away or if he just got stuck to it after he died... The tang is doing fine, eating good but still has those spots. They dont seem to be growing or prgressing at all though so i dont know.

Whose spots? The tangs? If so no because he has been in solitude since i had him until i put the butterfly in and then at the shop he was in with a helf back angel or what ever the one is that is white in front and black in back.(It was tiny, about 1.5 inches)

You never noticed those marks at the lfs, or when you go the fish home. They developed when you go the fish?

No i didnt notice them at the lfs and i didnt notice until about a day later so im not sure if it was stress induced or not. Right before that i had done a complete water change in the qt using display water.

Well my tang seems to be all better...all of his spots are gone or barely visible. How much longer should i keep him in there? Another 3 or 4 weeks?

Have you looked using a magnifying glass? And are you in to hypo completely? If yes, you will run hypo for 3 more wks, then take 5 days to bring the water back to normal, then wait a few more days before moving the fish back to the display tank. Since we were never clear about those markings, don't rush the return of this fish to the DT.
How is the diet coming? Has she taken to algae sheets yet?
