How long should my lights be on for?

I leave for work 7.30 - 8am so wouldnt be home at 11 to turn the lights on, would they still need the blue int he morning for sunrise or since the sun is up at 5am dont worry about it?
As there is only 1 plug that goes into the wall is there a timer i can get for these lights??

In the morning turn off the moonlights and turn on all 4 T5s, 8-10 hours later turn the 4 T5s off and the moonlights on. With one plug a timer will turn all on or all off, so I would not put your lights on a timer.
Or go from 11am to 9pm T5s

If you have any do it yourself spirit in you, one option would be to open up the wiring loom that holds all the wires to the different lights then split them apart and run individual plugs and timers for each of them.

My other half is quite well on the electrical side so I may get him to do that at some stage ... won't be any time soon though as we were up till 3am putting it together so I think I will just have to sit tight for a week or so
