How Long to Answer an Email

I'd like to order a seahorse from SWF.com but I need only a female (I have 2 males). I sent them an email today -does anyone happen to know how long it usually takes to get a reply? And does anyone know if you can order a specific --- if they are not listed as different items ( I noticed for some fish you can specify male or female).

They get tons of emails but reply to everyone I am sure if they can, they will Pick the s. e. x for you. Give them a few days they will reply trust me.

I sent the message through the support ticket system is that the best way to contact SWF? Or is there a straight email address I should use?

the supports is an improvement. I used to email direct took a week for a response.
