How long to wait question..........

I got this tank from someone who had it running for 2+ Years. It was moved and filled back up with the same water it had in less than 6 hours. The LR was all together out in the open air for less than a minute, it was transported wet. When i set it back up i did a 10 G or so water change (Tank is a 55G). Everything is great and it's been up and running again for about a week+ with no problems.
How long should i wait to add a shroom and/or polyps and maybe a hermit anemone crab ?

Was their sand or bare bottom.
You need to check for nitrates and ammonia.
Nobody here can tell you it's OK without knowing these.
But in general, you will have a very quick cycle and it's probably OK, but, till check.

There is a very good chance that you'll experience a small cycle because of the disruption. But it shouldn't take long for the mini cycle to settle then you could start considering new additions. I'd closely monitor ammonia/nitrite/nitrate same as setting up a new system.
Just curious...what kind of lighting does your new system have? Depending on lighting and other factors like filtration and circulation you may be able to develope a sweet little reef...just be patient and research each addition prior to adding them.

An actinic 03 and a regular light. I'm gonna upgrade later for corals with higher light requirements..........

I assume NO's. (normal output) I would upgrade before adding corals.
