How long should i run my lights all i have in my tank as of right now
Emareld crab and a couple of hermits I have a 12 aquapod with the stock lights. should i run blue 10a to 8p and the white 11a to 7p???? any help would be great...

sunpaq 6700k and 10000k i dont know the watts sorry
the instructions suggest blue 13 hrs white 11 hrs that seems like a lot..

I like to do around 10 Actinic and 8 Both
